What to Expect
Following a preliminary individual assessment of your specific needs you will be guided through a carefully designed program of yoga movement, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation exercises.
Linda will provide session follow up so that you can practice at home and learn to bring these powerful tools into your life to support your health and wellbeing.

You will receive a home practice session following the 3rd session.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for your workshop/training/session or event.
All cancellations without 48 hours’ notice will be charged full fee.
We understand that some circumstances are extenuating and will waive this fee with suitable proof of circumstances relating to illness, injury and emergencies.
If the weather is not suitable for travel or other unforeseeable circumstances result in the workshop/training or event cancellation, you will be notified of cancellation by phone or email.
