Linda will guide you to explore breathing and grounding as a foundation for release using the yoga and qigong practices of movement, breathing, relaxation, and meditation.
When we use breathing and grounding as a framework for exploration there is an opportunity for all students to have a deeply meaningful practice that is transferable to everyday life.
You will discover how the tools available to all of us, breathing and grounding, support a healthy, relaxed and energized state of mind and body both on and off the mat.
This is a satisfying and motivating approach for all whether you are a beginner or interested in deepening an existing practice.
